hosted by our Washington County Commissioners. 

Following a highly successful inaugural event that drew more than 1,500 attendees and 108 vendors, this year’s Expo promises to be an even more impactful opportunity for professionals, investors, and community members interested in all aspects of real estate. The Expo will showcase the breadth of real estate opportunities in Washington County—from agents, appraisers, and lenders to contractors, developers, and property owners. Exhibitors will highlight resources and services available to individuals and businesses navigating today’s real estate market.
 
The Expo will utilize event space on the W&J campus to accommodate vendors, networking, and educational sessions in a more streamlined format.
